Three: Gunner S. A. Head, Royal Artillery

1914-15 Star (1175 Gnr., R.F.A.); British War and Victory Medals (1175 Gnr., R.A.), extremely fine (3) £50-60

S.A. Head was killed in action in the Arras sector on 24 November 1916, whilst serving with the 56th Divisional Ammunition Column, attached 256th Trench Mortar Battery, R.F.A. He was buried in the Maroeuil British Cemetery; sold with original Record Office forwarding letter for the British War and Victory Medals.
