Frederick Alfred Silvester was born at Parry Sound, Canada, on 22 June 1876, and joined the Royal Navy as a Stoker 2nd Class on 29 December 1896. He served on board Terrible from March 1898 until October 1902, seeing service in South Africa and China. Sold with copy service record.
