1939-45 Star; Africa Star; War Medal, with named Army Council condolence slip (Major I. T. Clement) and in card box of issue, the address label defaced, extremely fine £60-80

Ivor Thomas Clement was commissioned into the Royal Berkshire Regiment in August 1918. He won the Military Cross in Iraq in 1921 and subsequently served in Waziristan 1921-24. During the Second War he served as a Major in the 4th Royal Tank Regiment and was killed in a tank action against the Afrika Korps on 17 June 1941. He is commemorated by name on the Alamein Memorial.
