Waterloo 1815 (Charles Mason, 2nd Batt. 3rd Reg. Guards) fitted with original steel clip and ring suspension, good very fine £1000-1200

Charles Mason was born at Wellington, Somerset, and was enlisted into the Third Foot Guards at the age of 19. He was wounded in the right breast at Waterloo, 18 June 1815, and consequently discharged in London on 14 October 1815. Sold with copy discharge papers.
