Only 18 Royal Navy officers received the clasp ‘1891-2’.

Henry Arthur Beverley Shrubb was appointed Naval Cadet on 15 July 1880; Midshipman, 15 March 1883; Sub-Lieutenant, 15 March 1887; Lieutenant, 31 December 1890; resigned, 27 November 1894.
