Egypt and Sudan 1882-89, 1 clasp, Suakin 1885 (G. Atcheson, Gunr. R.M.A.) suspension re-fixed, pitting from star, otherwise nearly very fine £80-100

George Atcheson was born at Inishorn, Londonderry, on 3 October 1861, and enlisted for the Royal Marine Artillery at Glasgow on 3 October 1881. He served with the Royal Marines Battalion in Egypt from May 1884 until July 1885. He was invalided out at Plymouth on 18 March 1891. Sold with copy service record and medal roll.
