Charles Jeggo was born at Halstead, Essex, on 11 December 1858, and enlisted at London on 11 December 1877. He served aboard Briton from March 1881 until April 1884, and was invalided out in June 1896, having received his L.S. & G.C. medal in August 1890. Sold with copy service record and medal roll.
