Henry VI (First reign, 1422-1461), Rosette-Mascle issue, Halfgroat, Calais, mm. cross V, mascle after rex, reads angl, 1.75g (Whitton 18); Penny, Calais, mm. cross IIIa on obv. only, 0.92g (Whitton 7; N 1448, 1450; S 1862, 1865) [2]. First fine and a trifle clipped, second very fine with an excellent portrait (£60-80)
