Henry VI (First reign, 1422-1461), Annulet issue, Halfgroats (2), London, mm. cross I on obv. only, 11-arc tressure, reads angl z fr and me, 1.77g (Whitton 1a); Calais, mm. cross V, 9-arc tressure, reads angl z f and mevm, 1.64g (Whitton 13b); Halfpence (2), London, mm. cross II on obv. only, two saltires after rex, 0.44g (Whitton 4); Calais, mm. cross II on obv. only, 0.45g (Whitton 2; N 1428-9; 1434-5; S 1839-40, 1848-9) [4]. First fine, second better but with edge crack and somewhat double-struck, Halfpence very fine, last with olive-grey tone (£60-80)
