Military General Service 1793-1814, 1 clasp, Egypt (Thomas Davis, Asst. Surgn. 26th Lt. Dgns.) together with its original named card box of issue, brilliant extremely fine £900-1200

Ex Jubilee Collection 1992.

Thomas Davies was appointed Hospital Mate on 22 May 1800; Assistant Surgeon on 25 June 1801. He served in Egypt with the 26th (later 23rd) Light Dragoons and resigned his commission on 1 August 1805. Confirmed on the roll of the 23rd Light Dragoons who received 34 clasps for Egypt.
