William Rochardson was born in Chichester. A Labourer by occupation, he attested for the 104th Regiment at Gosport on 17 November 1871, aged 18 years. He served in Malta, July 1882-March 1884 and in the East Indies, March 1884-December 1885. Awarded the L.S. & G.C. in 1891. Awarded the M.S.M. with an annuity of £10 in 1923. With copied service papers.
