Harold Wolsely Bok Spicer was born in Pretoria, Transvaal on 16 September 1920. A Student, he attested for the Volunteer Units of the Union Defence Force on 17 April 1942. Served as a Temporary 2nd Lieutenant in the S.A.A.F. Released from service in January 1946. With copied service papers.
