Crimea 1854-56, 2 clasps, Balaklava, Sebastopol (Patk. Daley, Pte., 4 Co. H.M.S. Britannia) engraved naming, 2nd clasp loose on ribbon; China 1857-60, 2 clasps, Fatshan 1857, Canton 1857, unnamed, second clasp loose on ribbon; Turkish Crimea 1855, Sardinian issue, unnamed, pierced with ring suspension, edge bruising, contact marks, nearly very fine and better (3) £340-380

Patrick Daley was born in Roscommon. A Labourer by occupation, he enlisted into the Royal Marines at Newcastle on 11 June 1848, aged 18 years. Served on Waterloo, August-December 1851; Britannia, December 1851-March 1855, and Niger, May-June 1856 and February 1857-January 1860. With copied service papers and roll extracts. Clasps confirmed.
