Leighton, 77mm (W & E 2000.1; BHM 3219; E 1733); Victoria, Diamond Jubilee, 1897, medals by G.W. de Saulles (2), in silver and bronze, both 56mm (W & E. 3000.3, 3000.4; BHM 3506; E 1817a), and by Spink, in bronze, 76mm (W & E 3475.4; BHM 3511; E 1816); Society of Arts, Albert Medal, 1863, a silver award medal by L.C. Wyon, named (Henry Balfour, M.A., for his Paper on the Evolution of Decorative Art, Session 1893-94), 56mm (BHM 2795; E 1566); King’s School, Peterborough, English Essay, a silver award medal, unsigned, named (J. Peirson, 1896), 54mm; Trinity College, Dublin, a silver award medal, unsigned [by J. Woodhouse], scientia ingeniaria felicter, etc, named (Otway H. Henry Balfour (1863-1939), archaeologist; b. Croydon; educ. Charterhouse and Trinity College, Oxford; helped to create and install the Pitt Rivers Museum, Oxford, in 1884, working under the tutelage of Prof. H.N. Moseley; curator of the Pitt Rivers Museum, 1893-1939; author of The Evolution of Decorative Art (1893); lived at Headington, Oxford. Otway Henry Little (†1956), geologist, whose career was devoted principally to the geology and water supply of Egypt
