Aylesbury Brewery Company Limited, certificate for 100 Ordinary Shares of £10 each, 1896, no.1, in the name of Charles Threlfall, Tilstone Lodge, Tarporley, Brewer, entered 23 April 1896, with cancelled signatures of Tho. Parrott and Louis Walker, directors, and J.L. Lowndes, secretary; embossed seal of a duck at lower left; reverse notes the transfer of the shares to Charles Morris Threlfall and Henry Cecil Sharpe as executors and trustees, 31 March 1922, then to C.M. Threlfall, 22 August 1923. ‘New Certificate No.56’ inscribed in red at top, some fold marks, otherwise about very fine, rare and interesting (£40-50)
