18th Century, Aylesbury, Skidmore’s mule Halfpenny, Justice seated right, holding sword and scales, rev. church, hendon value one halfpenny 1794 around, edge grained, 11.29g/6h (DH 14). Brilliant mint state with full original colour, of the highest rarity; only two other specimens known, one of which is in the British Museum (£500-600)
