India General Service 1895-1902, 1 clasp, Punjab Frontier 1897-98 (11772 Gunr. A. D. Travors, K. By. R.H.A.) good very fine £100-140

Archibald Douglas Travors was born in Wick, Caithness. A Clerk by occupation, he attested for the Royal Artillery at Woolwich on 29 October 1895, aged 19 years. Posted to the R.H.A. he served in India, December 1896-December 1903. Transferred to the Army Reserve in December 1903 and discharged on 28 October 1907. The above was his only medallic award. With copied service papers.
