Nurse Matilda P. Doid served in Valjevo, Serbia between April-November 1915, in the Second Serbian Unit. Her home work address was given as Ruchill Hospital, Glasgow; her home address was 12 Forest Park Road, Dundee. She also served in the Elsie Inglis Hospital for Serbs at Sallanches, Haute-Savoie, France, 15 March-September 1918. In the R.C.N. Journal of 6 June 1914 she is listed as receiving the Certificate in Fever Training. The award of the Cross of Mercy is recorded in FO 372/1162. With copied research.
