Thomas Hubbard was born in Deptford, Kent, lived in Ilford, Essex and enlisted at Woolwich, Kent. Serving in the East Kent Regiment he entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 7 October 1915. Serving with the 8th Battalion, he died of wounds on 25 October 1915, aged 28 years and was buried in the Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery. He was the son of Charles and Mary Hubbard, of 235 Hampton Road, Ilford, Essex. With copied m.i.c. and casualty details.
