Andries Petrus Fourie served in the Transvaal Staats Artillerie, 1899-1902. Served at Spion Kop, Tugela, Dundee, Ladysmith and in the Ermelo and Standerton districts. At the time of his medal application he was serving with the South African Railway and Harbour Police at East London. With copied medal application form.
