Portugal, Lech Walesa, c.1985, a bronze medal by S. Machado, bust three-quarters left, holding a pipe in his left hand, rev. Polish eagle, 80mm; together with other base metal Polish medals (9), of Cardinal Hlond, Wróblewski, Malkowski, etc. and commemoratives for the Battle of Monte Casino [10]. About extremely fine and better, the first an excellent likeness (£70-80)
