United States of America, Massachusetts, Oak Tree coinage, Threepence, 1652, mm. rose, oak tree, masathvsets around, s reversed, rev. new england around date and mark of value, 1.07gm (Noe 24; Durst 13). Obverse good fine and clearer than the Noe plate coin, reverse with trifling surface corrosion on left side, fine, very rare (£1,200-1,500)
