George I (1714-1727), Shillings (3), all 1723 ss c, first bust, one with tie end over a loop (ESC 1176; S 3647); George III, Shilling, 1787, no hearts (ESC 1216; S 3743) [4]. Tie end ‘variety’ probably a die flaw, this very fine and toned, others fine, last better (£60-80)
