Spanish Netherlands, Oxford mint, Crown, 1643, no mm., larger equestrian portrait with grass on ground-line, plume (with bands) behind, group of four pellets on rev., 29.47gm (Morr. B-1; SCBI Brooker 873, same dies; N 2406; S 2947). Extremely fine, a well struck and most attractive example, toned (£1,400-1,800)
