Spanish Netherlands, Oxford mint, Pound, 1643, mm. plume (with bands) on obv. only, large horseman of fine workmanship, arms below, group of seven pellets on rev., 117.86gm (Morr. A-2; SCBI Brooker 863, same dies; N 2397; S 2938). Minor striking splits in edge, very fine and toned, very rare (£4,000-4,500)
