United Daughters of the Confederacy Military Service Cross 1917-18, number ‘3136’ issued to Robert Clay Waitt. He volunteered on 14 August 1918 and served in the 1st, later the 5th Battalion Engineers. Never going overseas, he died on 4 October 1918. With some copied service details.
