Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States badge number ‘16459’ issued to Frank Curtis Wilder in 1911. He was the second son of Civil War officer, Captain William Franklin Wilder, 46th Illinois Infantry (who had been awarded badge number 12994). Frank Curtis Wilder was born in Oak Park, Illinois on 1 October 1869. At the time of his application for membership he was living at West First Avenue, Denver, Colorado. With copied membership application form and details of the 46th Illinois Infantry in the Civil War.
