George Henry Willey was baptised in St. George’s, Ramsgate on 30 May 1881, the son of George James Willey, a mariner, and Susanna Willey. Private George Henry Willey initially served in the Great War with the Royal Warwickshire Regiment and later as a Corporal in the M.G.C. Post war his address was 77 Cecilia Road, Ramsgate. Stanley George Willey was born in Ramsgate in 1910, the son of George Henry and Kate Eliza Willey. With card forwarding box for the Defence Medal addressed to ‘Mr S. G. Willey, 12a Kingsdown Park, Tankerton, Kent’. With copied research.
