France, Les Amis des Artistes, c.1910, a bronze medal by P. Roche for Canale, helmeted head of Gallia left, serpents encircling her arms which are raised above her head, rev. amicitia liberalitas, naked boy carrying flowers on his back, 50mm (PBE 828; BM Acq. 1983-7, pl.47, 143). Very fine, scarce (£30-40)
