Private Harry S. Roughton, 2nd Battalion East Lancashire Regiment, entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 6 November 1914. Later served with the Devonshire Regiment and Labour Corps. Discharged due to wounds on 4 December 1917 and awarded the Silver War Badge (not with lot). With copied roll extract and m.i.c. - clasp not confirmed.
