Dugald Macgregor was born on the Isle of Mull, Scotland on 30 January 1893. A Bank Clerk by occupation, he attested for the Canadian Overseas Expeditionary Force at Winnipeg in October 1914 - joining the 27th Battalion. Later commissioned into the Royal Air Force. With copied attestation paper.
