Charles E. Goff served in the 1/4th Battalion, Dorsetshire Regiment during the Great War and was entitled to the British War and Victory Medals, in addition to the India General Service Medal for Afghanistan N.W.F. 1919; sold with Army Council forwarding slip for his Defence Medal, by which time he was residing at Willow Cottage, Burridge, Swanwick, Hampshire.
