Harvey’; with named Union Defence Forces letter of thanks upon returning to civilian life, 3 January 1946; and two named slips relating to ribbon; Harvey’s address given as ‘13 Lourel Rd., Durban’ in October 1946, and ‘Flat No. 9 Ruby Investment Flats, 2 Ruby Street, Rosettenville, Johannesburg’ in June 1948.
