Royal Bucks Militia Bandsman’s Full Dress Tunic, a very rare example in white cloth with red collar and cuffs, the cuffs of ‘slashed pattern’ and embellished with white tape and one broad silver lace band, the collar with additional silver lace trimming, silver lace support loops for the ‘wings’ (now lacking), the front with eight tinned pewter large size regimental buttons (one broken but present), the skirt pockets with one button present out of four and the cuffs lacking all six buttons, c. 1856 - 70, the inner right breast with stencilled name C.Mitchell, various moth holes and staining to the front, the linen lining part perished and with stitching faults £80-120
