East Yorkshire Regiment Insignia, a good selection including a pair of 16th of Foot pre 1881 collar badges, an officer’s forage cap badge 1883 - 1897, two officers 1898 pattern cap badges, two osd bronze cap badges, officers collar badges in gilt and silver plate, in all silver plate and osd bronze, other ranks standard pattern cap badges including an all white metal example and collar badges, 1.5 pairs w/metal other ranks collar badges, a blackened brass cap badge and matching s/title (E.York) for the Cyclist Battalion, a scarce three part white metal s/title complete with backing plate ‘2/V/E.York’ and sundry other Yorkshire Brigade period caps and collars including two officers hall marked silver cap badges (Birmingham 1970 and 1972) for the Prince of Wales’s Own Yorkshire Regiment, good overall condition (59)
