Samuel Henry Webster was born in Osgathorpe, Leicestershire on 20 May 1867. He joined the Metropolitan Police on 30 July 1888 and was posted to the 4th Division - Chatham Docks. He retired on a pension on 15 November 1914, his address being 8 Central Terrace, Chattenden, Kent. With copied service details.
