Private Frank John Duckett, 1st Battalion Canadian Infantry, died of wounds on 16 March 1916, aged 28 years. He was buried in the Bailleul Communal Cemetery Extension, Nord, France. He was the son of John J. and M. A. Duckett, of 39 Chaddock Street, Preston, Lancashire.
