George Edward England enlisted in September 1914 and entered the France/Flanders theatre of war with the Somerset Light infantry on 24 July 1915. He was discharged on 27 September 1918 and awarded the Silver War Badge.

Private J. Nicholls, Gloucestershire Regiment, entered the France/Flanders theatre of war on 24 December 1915. Transferred to Class ‘Z’ Reserve on 21 February 1919.
