Frank Hider was born in Thornton Heath, Surrey, lived at Forest Gate, Essex and enlisted at Westminster. Serving with the 5th Battalion Wiltshire Regiment, he died in Mesopotamia on 20 July 1916, aged 22 years. He was buried in the Amara War Cemetery, Iraq. He was the son of Frank and Laura Anm Hider, of 99 Boleyn Road, Forest Gate, Essex. With copied casualty details.

Private Percy G. J. Ireland, Wiltshire Regiment, entered the Balkan theatre of war on 12 July 1915. As an Acting Serjeant he was later discharged to Class ‘Z’ Reserve. With copied m.i.c.
