Charles I (1625-1649), Oxford mint, Halfcrown, 1646, mm. Oxford plume on obv. only, Briot’s horseman, pebbly ground below, Oxford plume behind king, rev. Declaration, three Oxford plumes above, date and ox below, surrounded by seven pellets and annulets, 14.82g/6h (Bull 633/4; Morr. C-4; SCBI Brooker 923, same dies; N 2432; S 2961). Multiple die striations, particularly on obverse, otherwise good very fine and toned, rare in this grade £1,000-1,200
