Able Seaman Henry Nicholls, H.M.S. Viper, accidentally fell overboard off Sebastopol on 2 March 1855. Mr Thomas Flintham, Boatswain of the same ship, jumped overboard, swam to his assistance, and held him till picked up. Sold with copies from the Society’s Case Book.
