Hugh William Grey Ripley was received a gunshot wound to his left thigh on 25 September 1915 whilst serving with the 5th Battalion, King’s Shropshire Light Infantry.

Thomas Theodore Eales claimed an aerial victory on 28 June 1918. The combat report states ‘Observer saw two E.A’s. flying at about 6oo yds. distance and immediately opened fire. After firing about 80 rounds, in bursts of 10, one of the E.A. was seen to glide down apparently under control, landing somewhere near A29 Central.’

Andrew Alexander McFarlane Stewart was killed on 16 September 1918 when his plane dived into the ground whilst on a practice flight.

William Gillespie Gillon died on 5 April 1919.
