Richard Totten was born at Drumcree, Portadown, in June 1814, and enlisted at Charlemont, Armagh, in March 1834. He served in South Africa with 5 Company 4 Battalion, Royal Artillery, in 1846-47, and with 5 Company 8 Battalion in 1850-53. Sold with copy service papers.
