Unique combination of clasps to the 42nd.

John McGregor was born in the Parish of Little, Dunkeld, Perthshire, and enlisted into the 42nd Regiment in August 1803, aged 23. He was transferred to the 3rd Royal Veteran Battalion in October 1815, and discharged in July 1816, in consequence of slight wounds of the head and leg. Sold with copy discharge papers.
