Aonac Tailteann, Dublin [Tailtean Games], a silver award medal, unsigned [by O. Sheppard], for the Irish Jewellery Co, bust of Queen Tailte left, wearing head-band and veil, rev. Celtic strapwork circlet bearing the arms of the four provinces of Ireland, centre engraved (Second Prize, Music), hallmarked Dublin 1932, 51mm (Went, Heritage 115; cf. DNW M5, 1041). About extremely fine, toned £80-100
