The Porto Rico Shrine Club is believed to be the Al Rai`e Saleh Shriners [The Ancient Arabic Order of the Nobles of the Mystic Shrine] in San Juan. The recipient of the coin is, most likely, Clarence M. Dunbar, treasurer, general manager and director of the Seamless Wire Company of Providence, R.I., manufacturers of seamless rolled gold wire, plate and tubing
