Great Britain, George III, c. 1770, a waxed plaster impression of a medal design by Pingo, standing figure, perhaps George III, as a Roman general, introducing the Queen with three infants to the Temple of the Arts, Fame above, 91mm (Eimer 233); Death of the Marquis of Granby, 1770, a plaster cast pf Pingo’s medal from an unfinished die, lacking signature, 40mm (Eimer 46, note and Appendix 8); George III, a small plaster impression from a portrait seal, 26 x 22mm [3]. Very fine £70-90
