Wellesley Training Ship, North Shields, two attractive struck silver medals, the first being a medallion, 45mm, obverse with portrait of ship to centre, inscribed below ‘Established 1868’, and around ‘Tyne Training Ship Wellesley, Charles T. N. Mather Prize 1875’, the reverse with crest, and inscription ‘Good Conduct Medal, Presented to Leonard Carbine 1919’, contained with in a quality decorative mount in the form of an anchor; the second medal with portrait of ship to centre, and inscribed ‘Souvenir Wellesley Training Ship, North Shields, England’, the reverse inscribed ‘William Campbell, Chief Monitor 1884-1888’, with double loop suspension, blue ribbon, and top bar brooch, inscribed ‘1918 Winner, L.
