5th Foot (Northumberland Fusiliers) Order of Merit, silver, named examples (2), comprising, ‘No.829 Private William Hassell, 1852’; ‘2791 Serjt. H. Hancock, 1/V Fusrs.’, the first with steel clip and ring suspension, second with claw and ornate swivel suspension; bronze unnamed examples (2), one a later striking; another similar example in silver, but with differing reverse inscription ’V Reward of 14 Years Military Merit, March 10th 1767’, generally nearly very fine or better (5) £100-150
