Charles Herbert Serres was born on 12 June 1859, and joined the Burma Police, as Inspector 3rd Grade, in May 1881. He was appointed Assistant District Superintendent of Police, Upper Burma Expedition, November 1885. He was appointed District Superintendent of Police in August 1886. Sold with further details.
